A Dominican dembow artist and comedian from Capotillo, Santo Domingo, born Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso. His first song, "7 Pollos," came out in 2016.
The night of the freestyle
In early October 2026, street creator Kevin Wai stopped him outside a red-lit venue in Spain with a speaker playing a dembow beat. Bulin 47 answered with an improvised freestyle, and Kevin’s 46-second TikTok passed 9 million plays.
"No ando en película ni ando en paquete"
The full line, "…ya todos me conocen, soy Bulin 47," means "I’m not putting on a show and I’m not lying. Everybody knows me. I’m Bulin 47." In Dominican slang, "paquete" is a lie and "película" is an act.
How the AI version took over
